I’m all about balance! Yes it’s important not to lard up on processed foods, and try to eat fruit and veg on a regular basis. But we’re all human and sometimes we all feel like eating something truly dirty.
This is usually something full fat or high in sugar, and yes we all know we shouldn’t eat these every day. I call these recipes pure filth because they are in no way good for you, but sometimes we need a little bit of culinary shade to balance the light. After all, who doesn’t need a bit of filth occasionally!
